  1. 2/3 cup pouring cream
  2. 50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  3. 30ml Frangelico or amaretto
  4. Chocolate ice-cream, to serve

The instruction how to make Hot and cold chocolate

  1. Stir pouring cream and dark chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour Frangelico or amaretto liqueur into a glass. Top with the chocolate mixture and scoops of good-quality chocolate ice-cream.
