The ingredient of Rum balls

  1. 9 Weet-Bix
  2. 2 tbsp NESTLu00c9 BAKERS CHOICE Cocoa
  3. 1/2 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
  4. 1 cup sultanas
  5. 2 tbsp rum
  6. 1 can sweetened condensed milk

The instruction how to make Rum balls

  1. Break up the WeetBix and use the end of a rolling pin to crush the WeetBix into small pieces.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the rum and the condensed milk. Mix with hands until well combined and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
  3. Remove from fridge and roll the mixture into balls. Toss the balls in coconut until well covered. Refrigerate.
