The ingredient of Chocolate mint balls

  1. 1 cup shredded coconut
  2. 1 packet Arnotts Mint Slice biscuits
  3. 1 packet Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits
  4. 1 Peppermint Crisp chocolate bar
  5. 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  6. 1 tbsp Creme De Menthe (optional)
  7. Green sprinkles, for decoration
  8. 1/2 cup shredded coconut, for rolling

The instruction how to make Chocolate mint balls

  1. Combine coconut, mint slices, chocolate ripple biscuits, peppermint crisp in food processor until fully ground. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and Creme De Menthe. Once combined, cover the bowl with Glad Wrap and place in the fridge for 45 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine coconut and green sprinkles in a small bowl.
  4. Remove mixture from fridge and rolling it into one tablespoon-sized balls. Once ball is shaped, quickly roll them through the coconut and sprinkle mixture until fully covered. Repeat with remaining mixture and place back in the fridge to chill.
  5. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving.
