  1. 200g raspberry and vanilla marshmallows
  2. 2 tbsp coconut, shredded, toasted
  3. 500g dark chocolate melts
  4. Coles Brand Neapolitan micro mallows
  5. Coconut, shredded (extra)

The instruction how to make Rocky road spoons

  1. Line 12 holes of a 1/3 cup (80ml) Coles Cook & Dine Muffin Pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Coarsely chop 200g raspberry and vanilla marshmallows. Place in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted. Melt 500g dark chocolate melts in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Pour over the marshmallow mixture. Spoon evenly into the lined pans.
  3. Sprinkle with Coles Brand Neapolitan Micro Mallows and extra shredded coconut. Insert a Coles Cook & Dine Teaspoon in the centre of each chocolate. Place in the fridge to set. Unwrap to serve.
