Make your own edible Easter treats with this fun chocolate confetti bark.

  1. 2 x 200g pkts Cadbury baking milk chocolate
  2. 1/4 cup Cadbury white chocolate chips
  3. 1/2 cup Coles Brand Pink and White mini marshmallows, halved
  4. 2 tbsp Coles Brand Rainbow Sprinkles.

The instruction how to make Chocolate confetti bark

  1. Break Cadbury Baking Milku00a0Chocolate into pieces, then melt inu00a0au00a0heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesnu2019t touch the water).
  2. Line a tray with baking paper. Pour over chocolate and use a palette knife to spread until 2mm thick.
  3. Sprinkle with Cadbury White Baking Chips, Coles Brand Pink and White Mallows and Coles Brand Rainbow Sprinkles. Set aside for 30 mins or until set.
  4. Use a 6cmu00a0round or egg-shaped cutter to cut about 30 shapes from the chocolate (alternatively break into shards).
