  1. 2 cups desiccated coconut
  2. 1/2 cup caster sugar
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. 1/3 cup finely chopped dark chocolate

The instruction how to make Chocolate macaroons

  1. Preheat oven to 180u00b0C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place desiccated coconut, caster sugar, egg whites and dark chocolate in a bowl and mix well until combined. Roll level tablespoonfuls of the coconut mixture into balls, and place on the lined tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden. Set aside to cool completely before serving.
